FABRICATORS:

Stone Age, Inc. is currently looking for experienced fabricators to join our team.

This job requires a candidate who can:

• Hand polish with a wet polisher
• drill faucet holes
• basic math and measuring skills for sink placement
• sink cutouts by hand and with a FabKing
• edging/bonding/sink rodding
• ability to lift very heavy material
• Assist on installs
• Forklift certification a plus
• Drivers license a must
• Must have good attendance history

Ideal candidates are dependable, consistently deliver high quality results the first time, work well with other team members, are comfortable working in a fast paced environment, can learn new skills quickly and are dedicated to continuous improvement.

We offer:  Earned time and paid holidays. Our work day is Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm. As long as you punch in by 8:00 your half our lunch is paid so that you work 7 ½ hours a day and get paid for 8. Some days you may run a little late to finish an install but we strive to keep our schedule predictable so that you can plan your life.  Weekends off unless prior notice is given.

Hourly Rate:  $12 – $15 per hour depending on what you demonstrate for skill level.

LEAD INSTALLER:

Stone Age, Inc. is looking for an experienced lead installer for our stone/quartz countertops..

The job requires a candidate who can:

• Fabricate
• Stand and/or kneel for multiple hours;
• Lift heavy weights with or without mechanical assistance or other helpers;
• Set tight, level seams
• Do cooktop and topmount sink cutouts on site
• Ability to do repairs of chips, etc. on site
• Mount undermount sinks
• Troubleshoot and deal with problems, seeking assistance from supervisor when necessary
• Work independently
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company in a professional manner
